Custom Homes

All of these homes were custom built to suit in a subdivision in Forsyth County developed by Lou & Travis Camerio.   We had the entire subdivision zoned for all homes to be Certified under the Easy Living Homes program.  Each home was custom fitted with Universal design features throughout, roll-in step-less entries and exits throughout, roll-in showers, accessible bathrooms on the main levels, accessible kitchens, levered door handles, wider hallways, wider doorways, all brick exteriors with impervious windows, doors, trim, and cornice materials for low maintenance.
